Chartwell provides its clients with effective recruitment solutions through rigorous process, enabled by comprehensive systems and delivered by experienced, professional consultants. The key elements of the process are:

  • Preparation and agreement of an Assignment Brief profiling the client organisation and key aspects of the role. This acts, in effect, as the terms of reference for the assignment and will also be released as a briefing document to candidates invited to interview.
  • Creating a pool of suitable candidates as a result of an agreed sourcing strategy.
  • Undertaking detailed biographical, technical and experiential interviews of those candidates whose skills, experience and interests appear to be aligned to our client’s requirements.
  • Preparing written reports on those whom we recommend for shortlist interview.
  • On request, taking up references on the candidate to whom a conditional offer has been made.
  • Carrying out a post-assignment review and assisting with final client/candidate negotiations.
